Inspiring INSET Day

The staff from UWinAT were delighted to hold their first collaborative INSET day at Winchester University on Thursday 2 September 2021.

We explored our Trust Values and the plans for the year ahead to support staff to develop their professional learning in partnership with the university. A strong sense of trust identity and collaboration was evident in feedback from those who attended.
