Being a school governor or a trustee is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of children and young people. Governors provide strategic oversight, support school leaders, and help ensure every child receives the highest quality education.

You do not need a background in education. We welcome people from all sectors and walks of life who can bring their skills, experience and fresh perspectives to our schools.

Whether your expertise is in finance, HR, business, marketing, law, project management, or community engagement, your contribution could have a lasting impact.
