The University of Winchester also partners with schools to deliver the School Direct model of teacher training. School Direct meets local challenges in recruitment, enabling schools to grow their own staff, deciding who they want to recruit and train. The University of Winchester’s approach reflects a shared commitment to co-construct enhanced approaches to ITE through strong partnerships.
